Job Duties:
- Help on our chocolate coating assembly line
- Package candy that comes out of the kitchen
- Proper use of scales to weigh out candy as well as print ingredient labels
- Fill out paperwork for lot code traceability
- Follow all GMP standards. An over shirt, gloves and hairnets/beard nets are provided.
- Help out in candy kitchen as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, sanitized and keep utensils and trays washed
