The TableTop Art Show returns in March 2026, transforming participating restaurants, breweries, and businesses across Western New York into a month-long community art experience—bringing artwork off gallery walls and onto tabletops where the community gathers.

Organizers are now accepting artist submissions through Monday, February 2, 2026 (midnight) and sponsor and host site registrations through Monday, February 9, 2026 (midnight).

The show will officially launch with an Opening Reception and Reveal on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7 p.m. at Eli Fish Brewing in Batavia, New York, 109 Main St., Batavia, NY 14020.

Call for Artists (Western New York)
Artists of all ages and experience levels from Western New York are invited to submit up to two original artworks for consideration. Entry is FREE, Thanks to our Grant Funding Approval.

Artist submission deadline: Monday, Feb. 2, 2026 (midnight)

All submissions will be featured in the show's virtual online gallery, hosted at thepeoplescollective.art. A panel of judges will select 15 artworks for a physical exhibit at Eli Fish Brewing, with those selected works also reproduced as 12x18 tabletop prints and displayed throughout March at 30+ participating establishments.

Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three artworks, along with a People's Choice Award determined through public voting at the opening reception and reveal. Submission guidelines are included within the registration link.

Call for Sponsors

Sponsors help fund $1,000 in artist prizes and support a high-visibility platform for Western New York creators. Sponsorship tiers are: $150, $250, $500, $1,000

Sponsor benefits include recognition on thepeoplescollective.art, promotion through the event's social media channels, inclusion on official tabletop prints displayed throughout March, and acknowledgement in press and media outreach.

Call for Host Sites (Restaurants, Breweries, and Businesses)
Restaurants, breweries, and other businesses are invited to participate as host sites for March. Host sites receive our custom 12x18 tabletop prints to display on tables for March. Host sites are listed and promoted as participating locations on our website and through our social media channels.

Host site fee: FREE, Thanks to our Grant Funding Approval.

Opening Reception and Reveal

Founded during the COVID era by Melissa Flint and Brian Kemp, the TableTop Art Show reimagines everyday spaces as galleries each March—connecting the community to local art while giving Western New York artists meaningful public visibility.
