Sausage Making Workshop | Genesee Country Village & Museum

Learn the fundamentals of traditional sausage making inside an 1850s farm kitchen! Participants will take part in each step of the process, from cutting and grinding meat to mixing ingredients and creating links with natural casings.

Using a variety of 19th-century recipes, each participant will make several sausage links to take home.

All participants must be age 16 or older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult ticket holder.

Please bring a cooler to safely transport your raw sausage links home after the workshop.
