Ribbon Cutting | Bar Olo

Bar Olo, the highly anticipated wine bar and speakeasy, is bringing a modern twist to Batavia.  Bar Olo introduces a refined yet approachable concept that celebrates exceptional wines, warm hospitality, and approachable atmosphere.

Located at 41 Jackson Street, in the heart of Batavia, Bar Olo is the brainchild of a team passionate about curating a wide array of wine selections while establishing a relaxed, elegant space where guests can gather and explore flavors from all over. 

The ribbon cutting will take place Wednesday September 10th, 2025 at 2:00pm.

Bar Olo is open Wednesday – Thursday 3:00pm to 9:00pm; Friday 3:00pm to midnight; Saturday 12pm to midnight; and Sunday 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
