Entry Fees:

• $100 per person / $400 per foursome (Includes 18 holes of golf, riding cart, lunch & dinner)
• $30 per person - Dinner only

No outside beverages allowed. Beverages will be available for purchase at the clubhouse.

Sponsorship Opportunity:

• Support the event and promote your business!
• $50 sponsorship includes: your business name on the banner and golf cart signs.

Donations Welcome:

We are seeking donations for the event - raffle, items, gift certificates, merchandise, or other contributions are greatly appreciated and will be recognized during the event!
