Landscapes of the Soul! Celebrating 80 years! | GCC

Experience an evening of sweeping orchestral music as the Genesee Symphony Orchestra presents Landscapes of the Soul! on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Stuart Steiner Theatre at Genesee Community College.

The program features Carl Maria von Weber’s Concerto for Clarinet No. 2, performed by clarinetist Hannah Witkowski, winner of the GSO Young Artist Competition; Richard Wagner’s Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan und Isolde; and Jean Sibelius’ Symphony No. 2 in D Major. S. Shade Zajac, Music Director and Conductor, leads the orchestra.

Meet the Orchestra begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by a Pre-Concert Chat at 6:30 p.m. and the concert at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets are $20 for adults ($17 cash/check) and $15 for seniors ($12 cash/check). Students are free with student ID. Tickets are available through the Holland Land Office Museum, The Coffee Press and Gillam Grant in Bergen, as well as through the Genesee Symphony Orchestra website.
