Embroidery Workshop | Genesee Country Village & Museum

Explore the art of 19th-century embroidery during this hands-on workshop! Learn basic stitches that were used historically and remain popular in textile art today.

Participants will begin an embroidery project and take home everything needed to continue practicing, including:

• A partially completed project

• Embroidery hoop

• Needle

• Selection of embroidery threads

• Guide to the stitches covered in class

All participants must be age 14 or older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult ticket holder.
