19th Century Brewing Workshop | Genesee Country Village & Museum

Step into the recreated 1803 brewery of Walter Grieves for an immersive, hands-on brewing workshop! Participants will help craft a commercial-scale batch of beer while learning about historic brewing methods and traditions.

Working in teams of two, guests will then combine modern equipment with an authentic historical recipe to create their own small, home-scale brew. Each participant will leave with a growler-sized jug of wort to ferment at home and continue the brewing process.

Tickets are required to participate.
