Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating agriculture and the people who help keep this important Genesee County industry strong.
The annual Ag Dinner brought the community together at the Alexander Rec Hall for an evening recognizing the farmers, families, businesses and organizations that contribute to agriculture across Genesee County. The event was coordinated by the Genesee County Chamber of Commerce, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Genesee County, Genesee County Soil & Water, and the Genesee County Farm Bureau.
This year, Michelle and Robert Wood were recognized as the event’s honorees. Congratulations to Michelle and Robert, and thank you for their contributions to Genesee County agriculture.
The evening also supported the next generation of our agricultural community, with $5 from every ticket sold benefiting the Genesee County 4-H program.
Thank you to everyone who attended, supported the event and helped celebrate Genesee County agriculture.
