What is RTS Link?
RTS Link is a public transit ride-share service pilot provided by RTS Genesee. RTS Link allows customers to book customized trips on ADA-accessible vehicles within the Batavia, NY service area starting March 16! Service will be available Monday - Friday from 6 - 9:30pm.

How does RTS Link work?
When a customer requests a trip, RTS Link will find the closest time available for service. If the trip is accepted, RTS Link will pick up the customer at the curb of their starting point, and drop them off at the curb of their destination.
Be sure to let RTS Link know you require ADA accommodations before booking a trip.
How can I book an RTS Link trip?
Customers can book a trip by using the Pingo app (download “Ride Pingo” from the App store or Google play) or by calling (585) 343-3079 during normal business hours. Trips can be booked up to 24 hours in advance. Monday trips may be booked on the preceding Friday.
How do I pay for RTS Link?
Customers can pay for RTS Link trips with cash (exact change only) or through the Pingo app.
