USDA Small Business Loan Program

The Genesee County Chamber of Commerce offers USDA Small Business loans for businesses located in Genesee County. We offer prime less 1% interest rate loans to businesses that might be turned down by traditional banks. Businesses that are located in the City of Batavia are not eligible for this program and can contact the Batavia Business Development Corporation at www.BataviaDevelopmentCorp.org.

Grants for New Small Businesses

The New York State Seed Funding Grant Program is in full swing! This program was created to provide assistance to early-stage small businesses to succeed in a recovering New York State. Did you start your business on September 1, 2018 or later and have been in business for at least six months? This program might be for you.

Sexual Harassment Training

The course, an online workshop, addresses both the legal and behavioral aspects of sexual harassment to ensure an inclusive, highly productive work environment. It satisfies the annual Sexual Harassment training requirement for businesses in New York State.
