Publicity & Promotion

Having your meeting in Genesee County is great news! At your request the tourism staff will assist you in communicating your event to local and regional media, businesses, and residents. In addition, in order to promote attendance at your meeting, the Chamber offers brochures and marketing materials to enhance your presentations and encourage participation

We can provide:

• media lists, labels for local and regional print and broadcast media.
• public and community relations assistance in developing contacts and promoting your meeting or event.
• assistance in producing press releases and advisories.
• color slides and camera ready artwork and logos for reproduction in your meeting materials, promotional flyers, pre-mailers, etc.
• quantities of the Genesee County Travel Guide for use in pre-convention mailings. 
• use of the Genesee County Tourism Video for presentation to groups, delegates, directors and media.

Guest & Welcoming Services

Convention delegates often bring spouses and guests to meetings, and we're prepared to show them what Genesee County and the Greater Niagara Region have to offer. We have developed wonderful day trips, themed tours, and plenty of ideas to insure a positive experience for all that are interested.
